October 2012: Agreement with the Argentinean Company Cruz del Sur for Provision of Mobile Based IT Services
OfficeCore Mobile Solutions is proud to announce its new customer Victor Masson Transporte Cruz del Sur S.A. as of October 2012. Cruz del Sur implements OfficeCore’s cellular based services to perform online waybill management.
Cruz del Sur is a leading provider of freight transportation services and logistics for over 55 years. Throughout the years Cruz del Sur has demonstrated reliability in shipment and a steady growth, both in infrastructure and in technology, equipment and training of human resources. Cruz del Sur has the largest nationwide coverage, reaching more than 2,500 locations, along with the presence of 68 branches throughout the Argentine territory.
With this agreement, OfficeCore steps into the logistics industry in the region, and Cruz del Sur becomes a pioneer in the use of mobile solutions in the industry.
September 2012: Contract for the provision of value added services with the company ANTEL Uruguay
OfficeCore is proud to announce its contract for the Provision of Value Added Services to the telecommunications company ANTEL.
ANTEL is an acronym representing National Telecommunications Administration, being the state telecommunications company in Uruguay. It was created as a decentralized service by Decree No. 14.235 of July 25, 1974. The functions of the National Department of Communications, the General Department of Telecommunications and the Telecommunications sector, which until then operated under UTE, were transferred to create two specialized companies, one for telecommunications and one for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. ANTEL Currently manages and provides services for fixed telephony, mobile telephony, internet and data.
In the data area ANTEL incorporates a services division of Internet and data transmission, formerly Anteldata. Regarding ADSL, the company is monopolistic and maintains the highest prices in the region. ANTEL competes with other players on other Internet access methods, such as the 3G system. In June 2010 ANTEL provided 95.5% of the non-switched services for Internet access. Dedicado provided 4.35% and other operators the remaining 0.14%. As for peer-to-peer national and international services, ANTEL held a 91.4% market share, Dedicado 3.39%, Telmex 2.98%, Movistar 2.14% and other 0.09%. Additionally, ANTEL administers second level domain names “. com.uy” in Uruguay.
In July 2011 ANTEL received FCC 214 authorization to operate in the U.S. market through the company ANTEL USA Inc., based in Miami.
With the establishment of the contract between OfficeCore and ANTEL to provide value added services in the cellular network, ANTEL offers location based services for management of attendance, tracking of mobile human resources, management of tasks and orders to its portfolio of corporate clients.

The Chilean INERCOM is a large-scale provider of network communication services to cellular operators in the country. INERCOM employs over 650 technicians and other field employees, and has recently acquired OfficeCore’s OfficeTrack system.
OfficeTrack is an integrated system enabling both mobile employee management and fleet management. The system provides for mobile employees location, vehicles location, reporting employee attendance, retrieving a variety of related reports and so on.
In addition, recently the system has been significantly upgraded to provide for management of the field employees’ tasks. A task is transmitted from the system directly to the field employee’s handset, and the field employee reports back task completion and status, from his handset directly to the system. This solution improves the communication between the headquarters and the field employees, saves time and costs, and enables providing a better and quicker service to the company’s customers.

September 2010: OfficeTrack Mobile Employees Location Management and Fleet management Service Upgraded
OfficeTrack is a system that enables to locate and manage mobile employees and fleet company. The system enables view in real-time mobile employees’ location and vehicles on a map and on GPS base from the cell-phone. The use of OfficeTrack to mange and locate mobile employees and fleet organization is friendly, low cost and contributes to efficiency, control and improve customer service.
The site improvements includes among others: Improving and creating areas of polygons view, View real-time traffic with WAZE cooperation, possibility of uploading a tasks file directly to the server, support the Mozilla browser (FireFox) and innovative task colander similar to Outlook etc.
The client software improvements includes: new exciting Android version, Possibility of taking pictures by field employee and sending them to the server , possibility of attendance report by customers’ code, possibility reporting new catalog numbers as part of the tasks module based on importing customers’ catalog numbers list, gathering tasks by customer in phone application
The fleet management improvements includes: new voice response in a regular phone call for information about vehicle location, temperature sensor installed option in the vehicle for an indication on the server, possibility of install a regular vehicle panic button, driver code – remote tracking control after the driver identification and possibility of sensors connection on/off for opening a door / Activation winch / crane lifting including information and warning bursts in the server.
This innovations and improvements placed OfficeTrack in the technology front and enables customers more management efficiency on their mobile employees and fleet, work efficiency saving and outside the office management.
The new Android client enables manger to mange the company fleet and mobile workers directly via his cell phone in an easy and friendly way.
Also the Android client present an attendance workers list, workers on map in real time, tasks on map, vehicle list and more.
Mr. Josef Alkrinuai is a client of Mirs cellular operator that used the MirsTrack – Fleet Location Management of OfficeCore. Mr. Alkrinuai sent his younger brother to a regular work meeting. In the vehicle was installed vehicle management unit of Mirs which locate and manage in real-time. He watched the MirsTrack service, saw the vehicle location and return to his business.
Several hours went through and Mr. Alkrinuai didn’t hear from his brother. He tried to contact his brother over the cell phone with no luck and didn’t see the vehicle location on the screen display service also.
Mr. Alkrinuai decided to approach OfficeCore Support service and ask their help and direction to locate the car.
The OfficeCore Support headquarter find out that Mr. Alkrinuai is not searching the vehicle in the right place and with map zoom they manage to direct the customer to the exact location of the vehicle.
When the customer finally arrived to the place he found the vehicle stuck and his brother standing next to it. It turn out that the vehicle was stuck due to a technical problem, his brother’s cell phone was uncharged and he was waiting next tothe car without any possibility to inform anyone.
“Thanks to the OfficeCore service we were able to locate the vehicle and more important than that to find my brother.” Said Mr. Alkrinuai. “I’m grateful to the OfficeCore support team that saved no efforts to trace both of them and stay after hours until the happy end.”
Officecore Route Optimization Mapping service gives companies extra benefits and enables to display on a map the vehicle route and by that allows it to choose the easiest, safest and quickest way to move from one point to another by using OfficeCore optimization maps.
The service allows company to see the customers address on the map, the distance, the workers and fleet location.
The system will decided which routes are the most optimal to the employee regarding time efficient and good of the client.
System will consider the route and the hours so that busy hours in certain ways will not be marked and proposed instead alternative ways.
November 2010: OfficeTrack – Mobile Workers Management was updated this week
Mobile Workers Management Service Location based, allows viewing company’s’ mobile workers location in real-time and historical time in the server and in the mangers’ cell phone as well. This week an updated version was launch.
Among the updates in the user server: an option to add a description in multiple attendance reports, new user server permissions including distributers lists, reports improvements , an option to import tasks to the web-site, an option to update to each employee a daily/monthly hours in his card and much more.
Among the updates in the Clients cell phone applications: new Android application allows taking pictures, magnetic signature, reports items directly to the server, an option to report order, report new attendance option “training” type, an option to report attendance report on employees from employees list in cell phone Java application and much more.
